Traveling to Frankenmuth is almost like going to Bavaria with its beautiful buildings, two miles of interesting shops & attractions and great food. “Franken” depicts the province from which the fifteen founders came and “Muth” means “courage” in German. We’ll be dining at the Bavarian Inn, and enjoying their famous chicken dinner. If you’ve never been here before, a fabulous feast is in store for you . . . all the way through to dessert! We’ll be visiting Bronner’s, the world’s largest Christmas store, with five acres under roof, the Silent Night Chapel (fashioned after a similar chapel in Oberndorf, Austria, where “Silent Night” was first sung), a bake shop and many other unique establishments along Main Street.
