MACKINAC ISLAND 3-DAY WEEKEND

with the Grand Hotel Buffet, Carriage Tour & Bronners

Friday - Sunday, June 6 - 8, 2008

Three-Day Tour with Four Meals

$394.00 per person
$78.00 single supplement

Mackinac Island is a beautiful village where motor vehicles are prohibited. Transportation is generally by horse-drawn vehicles...and that’s just how you’ll be met at the boat dock as we depart on our tour of the island. Our buffet luncheon should be truly memorable as it will be served in the Grand Hotel, a beautiful historic structure that dominates the landscape. This popular tour also includes a visit to Frankenmuth with an upgraded dinner at the Bavarian Inn (chicken plus smoked pork chop), a stop at the beautiful, fantastic Bronner’s Christmas Store, two continental breakfasts at our hotel on the mainland and free time on the Island, with high-speed ferry service to the Island. For those wanting to join in on some “action”, you’ll be able to travel across the “Mighty Mac” Bridge to St. Ignace where you have some time at the Kewadin Casino on Friday evening. There will also be time to visit the unique shops at Mackinaw Crossings.

This year we’ve set aside time for you to visit the Silent Night Memorial Chapel as a tribute to the world’s favorite Christmas hymn. The chapel is a replica of the original memorial chapel in Oberndorf, Austria (near Salzburg), which was built on the site of St. Nicholas Church where “Silent Night” was first sung. It’s part of the Bronner’s complex and well worth a visit.
