A bit of nostalgia will descend upon us as we arrive in Jamestown, New
York, the birthplace of Lucille Ball, “the person whose face has been seen by
more people more often than any other in history”. Our package includes the
Lucy-Desi Museum where we’ll hear about some of the antics from Lucy’s
childhood, view the various screenings and see excerpts of their various shows.
The package has been expanded to include a narrated tour of Jamestown, as well
as a visit to Wegman’s Supermarketplace.
We’ll also be cruising beautiful Lake Chautauqua aboard the new “Summer Wind”
that docks at Lucille Ball Memorial Park. Termed the “Ultimate Excursion”,
you’ll be able to enjoy the sunshine and breezes of the upper deck or relax in
the climate-controlled comfort of the interior salon. We’ll be enjoying the
dishes prepared by the “Summer Wind” Chefs during this two-hour cruise.
