This new tour for 2008 starts off with rooms at Turning Stone Resort;
dinner awaits us on our arrival and there will be time for some “gaming action”
in the evening. Breakfast is included every morning of the tour. Our local
Boston-North Shore Guide will make this tour even more interesting along the
way.
We’ll be traveling along the historic Boston Freedom Trail with visits to the
Old North Church (where lanterns were hung to signal Paul Revere for his famous
“Midnight Run”), Copley Square, the Old State House, Granary Baptist Church and
the historic towns of Lexington and Concord. You’ll be standing on Lexington
Green, learning how the farmers rallied to meet the British and where the first
shots were fired. But this is just the start of this super new tour package
which also includes the famous painting “Spirit of 76”, the Salem Witch Museum’s
multimedia presentation (that chronicles the witchcraft hysteria of 1692) and
the House of Seven Gables, which was made famous by Nathaniel Hawthorne.
Great dinners are included in the evenings such as dinner at Boston’s Living
Room; one night you’ll have “time on your own” to choose your restaurant.
